Officially founded in 2023, but in development since 2020, Vivid Vinyl stands for a new standard of quality in record finishing.

As a partner of Schallplattenfabrik Pallas GmbH, we are starting our business with more than 75 years of experience in the vinyl industry. This knowledge, paired with the creativity and passion of our team, is our salient feature.

We are combining the know-how and the record-quality of Pallas along with our specially developed refinement-concepts, whereby we offer an all-inclusive service that captures your individual requirements.

Combining both, your ideas and ours, we will produce refined records of the highest quality exclusively for your needs.

FAQs

What is your minimum order size?

• Our minimum order size is 50 – current maximum: 10.000

Can a filled Vinyl still be played and does the filling affect the sound quality?

• Yes, it can be played just like a normal LP. The filling will not affect the sound of the vinyl, however, since this is a handmade product, there might be some residue on the finished LP. We recommend cleaning the vinyl with a brush before playing it for the first time.

Which parts do I need to send for the production on the vinyl?

• We will need the order with the details on version and colour, WAVs or lacquers and the artwork.

Is the filled vinyl completely sealed?

• Our filled vinyls are being sealed by hand. While our team is working very focused, we cannot guarantee 100 percent safety when it comes to the sealing. The LPs might get damaged through transportation or storage, which could always cause leakage. None of our colours are poisonous, but please wash your hands after coming in contact with the filling, since it might stain your skin.

What else can you fill in the vinyls?

• We’re currently testing with all kinds of material. Don’t hesitate to mail us your ideas. We will try our best to realize your ideas!

Can you do more colours than mentioned on the website?

• We can do almost every colour, we will just need a bit of testing beforehand. Let us know your ideas, if possible as a PMS tone, and we will try to make it work.

What is the standard turn-time?

• Our current turnaround time depends on the quantity, but generally we are calculating with 10 weeks after order placement.

How thick is a refined vinyl?

• This totally depends on the fillings. Our liquid vinyl is usually 2mm and our glitter vinyl is 3mm.
